The best part of waking up in a hammock is probably the fact that you slept in a hammock. Or so I’d imagine.
Fun fact: when I started drawing Freewheel in 2007 I stopped at the page right before this one. When I began drawing it again at the end of 2008 this page today was the first page I drew! I know, I am full of useless trivia.
BUT! You know what’s not useless? FAN ART! I got another great one to show you today from my buddy Darryl Ayo who draws a webcomic called Little Garden! It’s a very mellow comic that feels very meditative to me when I read it. I like it a lot and so should you!
I’m still looking for some fan art if you want to make some! All I ask is that it be 300dpi or higher and that you email it to me at . I love getting fan art! When I’m not so busy as I am right now I want to make some for other people as well! Fan art is so fun! If I have space in the back of Freewheel: Volume One I might put some of this fan art in there! If not, then I might just save it for Volume Two!
Anyway, so the Freewheel: Volume One Fundraising Campout is still going on! We have just $868 left to raise in the next two weeks! If you’ve been thinking about contributing, now’s the time!
